Nose Cone Shoulder

The nose cone shoulder is made of a bulkead and a piece of concrete form tube. I bought two sizes of tubes. The one used for the nose cone shoulder and coupler fits inside the other tubes.

A lamp shade provided the form for the base of the nose cone.
Nose Cone Tip

Half a foam ball is used as the tip of the nose cone.
Fiberglassed Nose Cone

A few layers of fiber glass is added to the nose cone.
Filling the Nose Cone

I filled the nose cone about half-way with expanding foam. It will be filled the rest of the way after being glued to the shoulder.
